Here are some tips on how to make your hair healthy and grow long



■Avoid strong shampoos and use gentle shampoo on hair.
■Tools such as blow dryer's, flat irons, rollers, etc.. should not be used.
■There are some natural and ariticial products that will help your hair growth. You can go down to your local walgreens or vitamin store to see what kind of pills you can take to help increase hair growth.
■Biotin is a good suppliment to help increase the natural hair growth
■Healthy diet is very important for hair growth. A healthy hair growth needs protein, Vitamins (A, B, C, D E, B Complex), iodine, phosphorus, copper, iron, magnesium and potassium. Milk and milk products, fruits and fresh vegetables are essential for healthy hair. Drink eight to ten glasses of water in a day.
■Vitamin D helps in improving the health of hair. The hair becomes thick and shiny with Vitamin E. You may consult a doctor for a healthy diet.
